Anne-Marie LUCIANI

Anne-Marie LUCIANI is a Professor at Corte University in Corsica.

Anne-Marie LUCIANI has a PhD in Private Law (Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne University) and is a Professeur Agrégé in Private Law. She teaches at Corte UniversityCompetition Law, Distribution Law, International Law, European and International Labour Law, and Family Law.

She is the author of several articles and regularly publishes in the Dalloz, Semaine Juridique and Revue Concurrences.

Professor LUCIANI is also member of the French Association of Competition Law (AFEC).

Her areas of concentration are the Contracts Law, the Competition and Distribution Law and the Private International Law.

In addition, Professor LUCIANI participates in various vocational legal training and provides lectures in several foreign universities such as Cologn University and Bologn University.

Anne-Marie LUCIANI is fluent in French, English and Italian.
